MetalikShop use UPS express and normal Postal services for our delivery services. When the order is ready to be sent you will receive a location code. If you would like to track your order please insert the code in the following URL: http://www.ups.com/WebTracking/track?loc=en_US

MetalikShop can deliver anywhere in the world.
Delivery Times
MetalikShop guarantee delivery on the address you typed although we cannot guarantee the exact day. Usually it takes only 2 days within Spain and between 7 to 14 days anywhere else in the world. You can track your order anytime you like
General policies
The order can be delayed for any of the following reasons:
- Out of stock. We will send you an email with approximately time of delivery
- Problems with your bank details
- Transport problems out of our control
In any cases we will always send you an email regarding any problems with your order
Return and Refund policy
You can return your items within 60 days of delivery. Please send an a email or give us a telephone call and we will tell you what to do. We will refund your money in the same account that you used if you compile with our return policy
You must return everything you received including boxes, paper work, instructions, etc. A missing paper can delay the process
If the good is damages or modify in any way we will not take responsibility.
